During the autumn holidays, the first tournaments of this season’s Flemish Youth Champions League took place. Across five age categories, teams battled for stage titles and several direct spots for the Christmas round.

In the boys’ competition, 64 teams are taking part; in the girls’ division, a remarkable 119 teams have registered — making a total of 183 youth teams competing at the highest Flemish level this year.

Damesvolley Waregem claimed two wins among the girls, while Knack Roeselare dominated the boys’ side.

The overall winner after the Easter round will earn a direct ticket to the Belgian Championship.
